HVNT encourages users to come up with creative ways of decrypting clues, locating and making their way to a checkpoint. We allow for use of different modes of transportation, if you wish to walk, run, use an e-scooter, bicycle, go by train or bus is totally up to you. We also encourage you to use google, ask a friend (or maybe a random person?) for help to find the location you're searching for.

HVNT enforces an inclusive and kind attitude amongst ourselves and our users. As HVNT hosts competitions, HVNT appreciate that there will be a level of competitiveness in the game, HVNT however reserves the right to ban/suspend/restrict users who do not live up to our Code of Conduct and who do not treat other users in a respectable manner.

In order to be able to claim a prize, you either need to be over 18 years old, have a legal guardians approval or legal guardian present when collecting your prize. The game is currently restricted to users 12 years of age and over to play on The App Store & Google Play, this is primarily for your own safety. Some HVNTs/Prizes have specific age restrictions and may require you to confirm your age before joining the HVNT, these age restriction apply irregardless of legal guardians approval or not. HVNT reserves the right to select another winner of a verifiable and approved age in the case that someone who is under the age limit wins an age restricted HVNT. When claiming/picking up your prize, please make sure yo bring your ID.

Right now (April 2022) HVNT can only be played in Stockholm, Gothenburg & Malmo, Sweden with some additional surrounding areas. We do hope to expand further throughout Sweden during 2022. Also, we plan to expand internationally as soon as possible. If you want HVNT to be available in your city/area/country, please let us know by emailing us at hello@hvnt.com and we will make sure to take it into the consideration when planning our expansion.

When picking up your prize as a winner, you need to be either of 18 years of age, or, have legal guardians approval, or, legal guardians attendance. Please bring your ID for ease of reference. For certain prices such as hotel, bar & restaurant prizes as well as any prizes to an event or area where there is an age limit, winner eligibility is determined based on age and if a winner is not of the approved age, the prize/winner will be considered void.

Winners are responsible for reporting their winnings to their local tax authorities and are also responsible for paying any and all potential taxes related to their winnings.

HVNT does not approve any use of third party systems to either move between or identify locations, including but not limited to: Geo/Location Spoofing, third party image recognition services or decryption software. HVNT reserves the right to choose another winner in the case a potential cheater finishes a HVNT with the highest number of points. HVNT also reserves the right to ban/suspend/restrict users who either use third party systems that or who cannot prove that they have not used third party systems.

A Seasonal Event is a side mission to the regular HVNTs and gives you the possibility to try a new game mode with awesome prizes to win!

UPDATE: Starting with the Easter Eggstravaganza 2022 the game mode is updated & have new rules & include a bunch of new features & objects to help you win.

This is how you play:

1. Find and select the Easter Eggstravaganza in the
HVNT list, open it up and press start to play!
2. You’ll see easter eggs scattered all over the map within.
3. This Easter Egg HVNT is different from ordinary ones. There are no checkpoints/clues, and the goal is only to collect the easter eggs.
4. Once you’ve located an easter egg, walk up to it.
5. Open AR Mode
6. Collect the egg
7. Repeat the steps as many times as you want to reach as high of a score as possible.
8. Pro tip: Be on the lookout for the Golden Egg, it spawns once a day and only for four hours - collect it to earn ten Eggs instantly! We will notify you with a push notification when the egg is available, find it to boost your score.
9. When the Golden Egg is collected it will unlock a secret challenge with the possibility to win an instant reward.

The more you collect, the more likely you are to win. The user with the most objects collected by the end of the event, wins the prize.

All general rules still apply to the seasonal events but there are some that are extra specific for this event:

1. Winner eligibility differs depending on the length of the event but In order to be eligible to win there will be a minimun number of objects that you have to collect. More details will be displayed in the event popup in game and on social media. If there is no specific info, the minimun shall always be 10 objects.

Official Leaderboards will be posted after the event is completed, we will sometimes post stats and occasionally post leaderboards during the Special event itself, stay posted on Social Media. Leaderboards are only preliminary and will not be considered final until every user has been checked for potential cheating.

Yes, you can collect as many objects as you wish. The winner of these seasonal events are not related to the regular HVNT winners in any way. They are based solely on the number of objects collected throughout the season.

The winner/winners of each seasonal event are contacted at the end of the event and will be presented after HVNT has been in contact with them. If you are not contacted within 48hrs of the event ending, you unfortunately did not win. We are working on implementing leaderboards for future special events and will soon have it ready so that everyone can see their current status.
